What Is Yoga Coaching?

Yoga Coaching is a personal journey and an opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga practice, both on and off the mat.

Whether you are new to yoga, want to create a consistent home practice, need more personalized instruction, or want support with your yogi life off the mat, yoga coaching can be an amazing opportunity to personalize your yoga experience.

How does it work? 

Coaching packages include weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions designed for you! We’ll begin each session with a mindful “check-in” (mind, body, heart) and then move through a practice tailored to your needs. Sessions may include asana, meditation, breath work, restorative yoga, aromatherapy, tapping, and more.

Optional homework or Om-Work will be offered to support you in integrating your yoga mindfulness into daily life.
